Participants in the 24-Hour Comics Day event may submit copies of their
comics to the Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library to become
a part of the 24-Hour Comics Day Collection. You must fill out a cover
letter, located HERE,
and mail it in with the copy of each comic submitted.
